Why This Matters

You’ve got the idea. The slides. The data.

And yet… the moment you step into the room, something’s missing. Eyes wander, interest fades, and your message doesn’t land.

Because in today’s world, ideas aren’t enough — how you deliver them is everything.

At TEDxBerlin, we know the power of a talk that truly connects. That’s why we created this course: to help you reshape your message, master your presence, and turn good ideas into unforgettable performances.

Why Momentum Matters

This year’s TEDxBerlinWomen theme, Momentum, celebrates the energy behind change—the courage to challenge norms, the resilience to drive progress, and the collective power of women leaders. Through compelling talks and meaningful connections, this experience will ignite your voice and amplify your influence.

What You’ll Learn:

Structure like a TED talk: craft your narrative with clarity, flow and impact.

Engage both heart and mind: move beyond data-dump and connect emotionally.

Find your authentic voice: speak with confidence, not performance.

Turn complexity into simplicity: make your audience understand, care and act.

Deliver with presence: refine your posture, voice, pace and stage energy.

Collaborate with fellow changemakers and receive real-time feedback

Why TED-Style?

TED is renowned for translating the most complex ideas into simple, powerful messages. In this training, you’ll learn to do the same—transform your vision into compelling stories that resonate with global audiences. This is your opportunity to refine your message, sharpen your delivery, and learn from world-class communicators in an empowering, women-led environment.

How It Works

    1. 2–3 Live Online Sessions – Interactive modules where you learn TED-style storytelling frameworks, structure your talk, and practice techniques for engaging your audience.

    2. In-Person Mastery Session – Apply what you’ve learned in a live setting. Receive direct, personalized feedback on your presence, voice, body language, and storytelling.

    3. Refine & Deliver – Leave with a polished, compelling talk you can confidently present to your team, board, or TEDx audience.

Optional follow-up support (1:1 coaching or peer community) is available to help you continue improving beyond the program.
